In this episode I do some shocking stuff. I build a hugelkultur bed and start my terrace for planting at my rural cabin. I do a few things against the rules. 1. I plant under a pine tree. 2. I used pine wood in the bed. 3. I plant in the bed immediately. I’m posting these videos weeks after the projects so I can report that this bed has been in place for a month now. The blueberry bush I planted is thriving with blooms and tons of new growth. I also planted 6 strawberry plants, all of which have also taken off. Don’t let people decide what rules you should follow! Podcast: Play in new window | Download In this episode I build a toad castle (in this case a fortress!).
